After a massive 2011 for Florence + the Machine -- which saw her roll right from "Dog Days Are Over" blitz to the October release of sophomore album "Ceremonials" -- it's hard to think 2012 could be bigger. This year, however, will see Flo and co. touring the world behind the otherworldly chamber-pop of "Ceremonials." The British songstress' live inspiration? Vintage Otis Redding performances.

"You start living for the show, and once you get into it, it's kind of amazing how it carries you through," she says of the touring grind. "Now when we're on the road, I'm actually really disciplined. The flip is, when I'm home, I'm like, 'take me to the pub!'"
Divas Live: Welch's Winehouse CoverBefore Welch hit the road this spring for European dates and Coachella behind her own material, she paid live tribute to Amy Winehouse at "VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul," emotionally covering "Back to Black" back in December. "I'm 25, and she wasn't that much older than me," Welch says of Winehouse. "I'm honored to do it [cover Amy], but it feels like it shouldn't be happening. It's incredibly sad."
